Low temperature phosphorus copper wire

Phosphorus copper low temperature wire resistance temperature dependence is low, has a low thermal conductivity (room temperature thermal conductivity is only 48W/m.K), is widely used in low temperature environment, its very low magnetoresistance effect, making it the best choice in low temperature magnetic field environment。Low-temperature phosphor copper wires are insulated by Polyimide, a thin film insulating material made of Polyimide resin, which is commonly used in low-temperature applications。It is a thermal insulation material rated at 240°C with excellent resistance to chemical solvents and burn-out。The excellent thermoplastic flow over 400°C and its ability to withstand excessive overload extend its use in extreme conditions。It has excellent radiation resistance and is therefore widely used in aerospace and high energy physics applications。The polyimide can be mechanically removed during the final preparation process。

Low temperature manganese copper wire

Low temperature copper conductor

Low-temperature copper wire is a kind of silver-plated copper wire, because of its small resistance and high conductivity, it is generally used in low-temperature environment in the test of wire resistance sensitivity, such as as a low-temperature hall sensor lead。Teflon® is used as insulation material, working temperature is 200 degrees, the color of the two twisted pairs is blue and yellow, and the stock of 34AWG wire diameter is always available. If other wire diameter is required, the minimum order is 1000 feet。
